"I made one call to inquire on switching our policies after many years with another company. My quotes were MUCH more reasonable, even with lower deductibles, and higher values on some items. The State Farm staff members are professional, knowledgeable & courteous. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to our former company, who quite literally never spelled our names correctly. "We transferred our State Farm Insurance policies from Arizona and Jamie Tull with Sarah Clayton's office has been absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain our policies in detail and was very responsive. In fact, she just called to advise of our 6-month vehicle renewal and that our monthly premium was going to decrease by approximately $45. Yep, I couldn't tell you the last time someone called to say they wanted less money...lol. Thanks Jamie as we are very satisfied customers."
